Bus Transfers To and From Hong Kong Airport

Hong Kong Airport Coach and Bus stations are located near the terminals. Here you will also find the Bus Customer Services and Ticket Offices. Simply follow signs from the Baggage Claim areas. City buses go to to Downtown districts and Lantau Island from here and coaches leave for mainland China destinations.

Airbus Services

A10 buses leave for Ap Lei Chau from 06.50 am to 00.20 am. A single ticket costs HK$48.00.

A11 buses leave for North Point Ferry Pier from 05.35 am to 00.30 am every day, a single ticket costing HK$40.00 per person.

If you are headed to Siu Sai Wan Island Resort, you need to board an A12 bus. They operate from 6.00 am to 00.10 am every day, the single ticket costing HK$45.00.

Services A20 and A21 head to Hung Hom MTR Station. A20 runs from 11.00 am to midnight, A21 from 05.30 to midnight. Tickets cost HK$33.00 on both services (one-way), that's about 3.78 euros or US$4.22 per person.

A43 buses leave for Fanling (Luen Wo Hui buses) from 07.00 am to midnight every day, tickets costing HK$30.90 per person (Long Win buses).

The A47X service travels to Tai Po (Fu Heng buses) between 10.05 am and midnight every day (Long Win buses). A single journey costs HK$27.50.

Lantau Island Buses

Bus lines S1, S56, S64, S64X, B34 and N35 travel to Lantau Island.

Hong Kong Central Buses

Bus lines E22P, E22X, E23 and E23A, N23 and NA11 also travel to Downtown Hong Kong destinations.

Hotel Shuttle Buses

If you have a hotel booking that includes shuttle transfers to and from the airport, you need to head to Counter B18 at Hall B, Arrivals Level L6 at Terminal 1. The boarding point is the coach station, where brightly coloured, striped buses (pink, yellow and orange) arrive to take passengers to hotels. You need to book seats on these minibuses at the Commercial Services Counter B18:

Vigor shuttles run every 30 minutes from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm from the airport to the hotels, although some hotels only allow this service from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm. Pick-up from hotels is from 04.50 am to 10.00 pm, with shuttles running every 60 minutes. You can see pick-up times for individual hotels at www.vigorholding.com. Airport transfers to/from hotels in Hong Kong Island areas are HK$150.00 per person, one-way. Airport transfers to/from hotels in Kowloon areas are HK$140.00 per person, one-way.

Examples: in Central Kowloon this includes the Kowloon Hotel, Holiday Inn Golden Mile and Park Hotel. In West Kowloon this includes the Langham Hong Kong and Royal Pacific Hotel. In Hong Kong Island/Wanchai, shuttles go to the Best Western Hotel Causeway Bay and the Emperor Hotel.
